Kristi's CORE Fitness Studio is a great place to get fit and stay fit. Kristi treats her clients more as friends than just clients. “I credit Kristi with being the major reason that I have really improved my conditioning over this period of time. As a 40-something, I feel that working out is critical and Kristi has helped me make substantial improvements. Her experience and approach to training has been beneficial in many ways. At the beginning, she was able to assess my condition and challenged me, but avoided putting me through so much pain that I would be turned off. She has then moved me along without me ever feeling that I had an easy day, she helps me progress with a constant mixture of new exercises and increasing levels of challenge while maintaining a core approach to resistance training.
Since I began working with Kristi, I’ve gained confidence in my physical abilities, and have gone from close-to-couch potato to completing my first 5K, and she has been my go to person for questions about training, nutrition and motivation. She closely monitors my posture and form. This has likely helped me avoid injury.
Training comes first, but we have a blast during that hour and it’s my favorite way to end my day. Most importantly- I’ve seen great results working with Kristi and I can see significant increases in my strength and definition. On a business side of things, Kristi is always there for our appointments and has always accommodated my schedule when I needed to change days or times due to schedule conflicts.
