Newstand Hype

A perfect example of the weight loss confusion. Listen, if it sounds to good to be is! Eating right, strength training and cardiovascular exercise are the only answers to long term weight loss and overall wellness.I have a big pet peeve. It comes in the form of magazine covers with radical claims all geared at grabbing your attention with EASY weight loss secrets. All of these articles claim that you too can "Lose 10 pounds in 10 days" "Melt inches off your waistline with these easy steps" and the one I saw today, "Lose 42lbs drinking coffee!" with a sub-title of "Add this stir-in to MELT FAT!"  I didn't buy this magazine, I never do! I know that if it were really as easy as these types of magazines claim.
